I’ve been saying for a while that Marc Cardinal Ouellet—the Hatcave Prefect and previously the Archbishop of Quebec—is papabile; today, Sandro Magister thinks that he’s the favorite. Meanwhile, Rocco Palmo continues to report that Bishop Ludwig +Müller (D. Regensburg) is tipped to be prefect of the CDF.
